Terms of Service

Last updated 19 June 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and SnapFrame (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the SnapFrame app and SnapFrame Pro. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use SnapFrame.

License to use SnapFrame

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SnapFrame on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

Your content

You keep all rights to the recordings, screenshots, and exports you create with SnapFrame. We don’t claim ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your content to provide the app’s features — for example, sending a clip to the Auto Edit service to generate suggested edits. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you import or submit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SnapFrame to create, submit, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates others’ rights, and not to misuse the service (for example, attempting to bypass usage limits, overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Auto Edit backend).

SnapFrame Pro subscriptions

SnapFrame is free to use, including all editing tools and standard exports plus a limited amount of AI Auto Edit. SnapFrame Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks more AI Auto Edits, 4K export, premium wallpaper packs, and future Pro features.

AI features

Auto Edit generates suggestions automatically using AI. Results vary and may not always match your intent — you can always adjust or undo them. The feature is provided on an “as is” basis, and we don’t guarantee any particular output.

Disclaimers

SnapFrame is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of SnapFrame. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using SnapFrame at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Apple App Store terms

Because SnapFrame is distributed through the App Store, the following also apply:

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of SnapFrame after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
